Shipping policy

Delivery within Germany
We deliver our products reliably by freight forwarder or parcel service, depending on size and weight.
The shipping method depends on the respective item and is shown during checkout. Bulky products such as garden furniture or parasols are delivered by freight forwarder to the kerbside.

Delivery time
The delivery time varies depending on the product and stock availability.
As a rule, it is approx. 5–10 working days from receipt of payment.
Items made to order may have longer delivery times. You will find details directly on the respective product page.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated and displayed automatically at checkout, depending on the delivery address and the size and weight of the items.

Delivery abroad
Shipping abroad is possible on request. Please contact us directly for this.

Note on delivery by freight forwarder
When delivered by freight forwarder, delivery is made to the kerbside. Please make sure that the access is suitable for a lorry. The freight forwarder will call you in advance to arrange a delivery date.
