Installing a flagpole without concrete: vertical, firm and removable

A flagpole, a lighting pole or a sign must stand exactly vertical and must not give way in the wind. Until now, that usually meant a concrete foundation with a sleeve, and then waiting a few days. With a screw foundation, it works without excavation and without concrete.

How it works

The Krinner E series screw foundation is screwed into the ground and can bear loads immediately. An eccentric set is inserted into the tube. With it, you fine-tune the alignment of the pole and then clamp it firmly. The mount dampens resonance and vibration, which helps especially with tall poles in the wind.

Which eccentric set fits which pole?

  • E76: pole diameter 72.5 to 76.7 mm
  • E80: 77.0 to 81.5 mm
  • E90: 86.0 to 91.0 mm
  • E100: 96.5 to 101.0 mm

Measure the outer diameter of your pole and select the eccentric set directly as a variant with the screw foundation.

Which length?

The E series comes in two lengths: KSF E 140 x 1300 with a compressive load of up to 40 kN and KSF E 140 x 1600 with a compressive load of up to 54 kN. Both are guide values; the actual load-bearing capacity depends on the ground.

And if the pole needs to go?

Then you simply screw the screw foundation out again. No block of concrete remains in the ground, and the foundation can be reused elsewhere.
