Can other or pre-existing tiny houses also be placed on the property?

We occasionally receive this question from prospective residents who already own a tiny house or are considering a different model. The answer is clear: No, that is not currently planned.

Our tiny house project in Wasserburg is being developed as a well-thought-out, integrated concept together with our regional partner, the carpentry firm Köhldorfner – not as a loose collection of individual houses from different manufacturers. For this reason, only tiny houses from Köhldorfner are placed on the property: wooden construction, high-quality workmanship, and a uniform appearance.

This is intentional. On one hand, it guarantees comparable quality and aesthetics for all residents of the property; on the other, it allowed us to obtain building permits for this exact concept. A patchwork of different construction methods and manufacturers would be neither approvable nor in line with our vision.

Anyone interested in a tiny house on our land is therefore automatically choosing a Köhldorfner model – but in return, they receive the security of a tested, approved, and proven construction method.
