How are the tiny houses connected to utilities?
Before moving in, a practical question arises: How do electricity, water, and internet actually get into the house—and how do you get there yourself?
The answer: quite normally, just like any other residential building. The tiny houses are regularly connected to electricity, water, sewage, and telecommunications. Access routes, an individual parking space for each house, and the necessary emergency access paths are also naturally planned and implemented—this is part of the building permit.
The one-time development fee of 12,500 euros covers precisely these connections and is due upon signing the lease agreement. These costs currently apply to our property in Neudeck, Wasserburg am Inn, and may differ at other locations.
This ensures you know from the start what costs to expect—with no hidden development costs appearing later. If you would like details regarding a specific location, simply get in touch with us.
