Are the tiny houses on wheels?

A common misconception is that tiny houses are always on wheels, like a caravan. That is not the case with us.

Our tiny houses stand on high-quality screw foundations from the company Krinner. This construction method has several advantages: The ground is neither sealed nor heavily compacted, as would be the case with a traditional concrete foundation – yet the house remains flexibly relocatable, should that be desired at some point.

Another advantage: The screw foundation creates additional usable storage space under the tiny house that would not be possible with a traditional floor slab.

In everyday life, the result feels like a completely normal, permanent house – no wobbling, no caravan feel, no tires. Just with the option of being relocated if the need arises, rather than being tied to one spot forever.
