Can I have the house configured differently than it is in the base model?

A ready-made tiny house that still suits you? It's possible – within a clear framework.

The floor plan for the individual models – Kampenwand, Sonntagshorn, and the two upcoming sizes – is fixed. This is part of the well-conceived overall concept that we are implementing together with the Köhldorfner carpentry workshop. Within this framework, however, the room layout, surfaces, furniture, terrace size, and building services can certainly be adapted.

The process is straightforward: you tell us what is important to you, Köhldorfner calculates the special requests, and you receive a separate written quote for them. Nothing becomes binding until you have said yes.

Common requests include a larger terrace, a different kitchen solution, or additional storage space. What is not possible is a fundamental change to the load-bearing structure, as this is strictly linked to the approved construction method.
