Wann muss ich was bezahlen?

When do I have to pay for what?

Transparency regarding money is important to us, which is why we have outlined the complete process for our property in Neudeck, Wasserburg am Inn below.

Upon signing the lease agreement, a one-time development fee of 12,500 euros is due. From this point on, the first monthly rent of 250 euros also begins. Monthly utility costs of around 100 euros – including electricity and water – only apply once the house is handed over, not during the construction phase.

The purchase of the house itself from the Köhldorfner carpentry firm is handled separately from the lease agreement and is paid in four installments, staggered according to construction progress: from order confirmation to the start of prefabrication and finally the handover. This ensures you maintain a clear overview of what each installment covers throughout the entire construction period.

Ultimately, only the written lease and construction contracts are legally binding – all information provided here is current as of today and serves as an initial guide. We would be happy to provide you with an individual, written cost breakdown for your preferred model.
