How much does a tiny house cost?
The question of price is understandably the first one prospective buyers ask us. That is why we are providing an honest and up-to-date overview here.
We currently offer two models from the Köhldorfner carpentry workshop: the Kampenwand with around 19 m² of living space starting at 141,500 euros, and the Sonntagshorn with around 38 m² of living space starting at 190,500 euros. Two further models – one smaller and one larger – are already in preparation.
In addition, for our plot of land in Neudeck (Wasserburg am Inn), there is a monthly lease of 250 euros as well as a monthly service charge of around 100 euros for utilities such as electricity and water. A one-time development fee of 12,500 euros is due upon signing the contract.
The charm of this model is that because it is not legally a classic property purchase, items such as real estate transfer tax, notary and land registry costs, and broker commissions are completely eliminated.
For those who would rather see the houses for themselves before doing the math: two tiny houses are already on our farm in Wasserburg and can be viewed.
