Are there any other plots of land like the one in Neudeck?

Wasserburg is our first, but not our only, tiny house site. All four plots there have since been allocated. Together with our partner company Köhldorfner, additional locations are currently being developed.

Four houses are being built in Ramerberg – one of which has already been sold, with three plots still available. A single house is being built in Traunstein. And in Kirchweidach, two houses are being built, with both plots still available.

These locations are in different stages of implementation, but follow the same basic principle as Neudeck: leased land, a house from Köhldorfner, no land transfer tax, and no broker commission.

If you are interested in a specific location or would like to know which plots are currently still available, just send us a quick note – we will be happy to tell you what is possible where and get back to you with all the latest documentation.
