Produktbeschreibung

OFYR 10th Anniversary Edition 100: limited anniversary edition based on the OFYR 100. Size: cooking surface Ø 100 cm. Circular hot plate (plancha), wood-fired. High dead weight, stable. Delivered on a pallet by a shipping company.

You can order the cooktop with accessories right away. Each variant includes the cooktop itself, with the chosen accessories added to the unit price. Everything arrives in one delivery, you pay shipping once and do not need to order anything else.

What is included in the sets:

  • with Pizza Oven – the cooktop and the OFYR Pizza Oven, which is placed on the plate and uses the heat of the fire for pizza, bread, and casseroles.
  • with Fire Guard Ring – the cooktop and the teak protection and storage ring that runs around the outside of the plate. It protects against the hot edge and provides a storage surface for plates, oil, and spices.
  • with Grill Accessories Set – the cooktop and the OFYR Grill Accessories Set 100 with round grill grate and accessories for grilling over an open fire.
  • with Pizza Oven and Fire Guard Ring – the cooktop and both accessories together.

If you already have an OFYR and only need an accessory: write to us briefly, and we will clarify it for you with the manufacturer.

Warum wir dieses Produkt führen

In terms of cooking performance, you get the same 100 here as in the series – the same plate, the same zones, the same fire. The difference lies exclusively on the outside, and I say that clearly and deliberately so that no one expects a different level of performance.

If you decide on one of the four editions, it is because of the finish. Two practical tips: Mirrored Stainless Steel shows every fingerprint and every splash of rain, whereas brushed steel is much more forgiving. And Chrome Green is a color you have to like – it looks different in the photo than it does in the evening in the garden among the greenery and wood. Take your time looking at the versions before you choose.

Pflege & Hinweise

Season the blackened steel fire plate before first use and maintain it regularly with a thin layer of heat-resistant oil. After cooking, clean the still-warm plate with the spatula and lightly oil it – please do not scrub with detergent.

The colored versions (Oxide Red, Chrome Green) are easy to maintain with a damp cloth. Clean the stainless steel versions (Brushed, Mirrored) with a soft cloth and a suitable stainless steel cleaner.

Fragen & Antworten

Was macht die 10th Anniversary Edition besonders?
