Die Terrea K50 ist eine kompakte Kassettenmarkise mit kubischer Form für moderne Architektur. Sie sitzt mit besonders geringem Abstand an Wand oder Decke und schützt Tuch und Gelenkarme im eingefahrenen Zustand vollständig.

Größen: Breite 250 bis 500 cm, Ausfall 150 bis 300 cm.

Im Preis enthalten: Motor mit WMS Funkmotor-Paket basic inklusive 1-Kanal-Handsender, zwei Wandkonsolen, Acryl-Markisentuch und Gestell in Verkehrsweiß RAL 9016, Weißaluminium RAL 9006 oder Anthrazit DB 703.

Nicht enthalten: Befestigungsmaterial, da es vom Untergrund abhängt.

I trained as a roller shutter and sun protection mechatronics technician at WAREMA. Awnings are my real specialty. So here is a tip the brochures leave out: every awning fabric forms slight waves and creases at seams and hems, because several layers of fabric lie on top of each other there when it is rolled up. This is not a defect, it is physics.

Care & notes

Das Markisentuch möglichst nur in trockenem Zustand einfahren. Muss die Markise einmal feucht eingefahren werden, bitte baldmöglichst wieder ausfahren und vollständig trocknen lassen.

Losen Schmutz und Laub regelmäßig abbürsten. Flecken mit lauwarmem Wasser und milder Seifenlauge behandeln, keine scharfen Reiniger, keine Hochdruckreiniger.

Das Aluminiumgestell gelegentlich mit milder Seifenlauge und einem weichen Tuch abwischen. Bei Sturm, Hagel oder Schnee die Markise einfahren.

Questions & answers

How do I get the €300 WAREMA cashback?

If you buy a Terrea 580 or K50 as a private individual resident in Germany or Austria and the invoice date is on or before 31.12.2026, WAREMA will refund you €300. You register at warema.com/cashback and upload our invoice there by 31.01.2027. According to WAREMA, the payment reaches your account after about four to six weeks. A maximum of two systems per order count.

What is included in the price?

Motor with WMS radio motor package basic including 1-channel hand-held transmitter, two wall brackets, acrylic awning fabric and the frame in one of the three standard colours. Width 250 to 500 cm, projection 150 to 300 cm.

Which frame colours are available?

Traffic white RAL 9016, white aluminium RAL 9006 and anthracite DB 703 are included in the price. You choose the colour directly in the shop using the colour swatches.

How is the awning delivered?

Your awning is made to measure by WAREMA and delivered directly to you. Delivery is free of charge for you. We will let you know the delivery week with the order confirmation.

Is the fixing material included?

No. Which wall plugs or anchors are suitable depends on the substrate, for example concrete, solid brick, perforated brick, aerated concrete or wood. Feel free to tell us what the awning will be mounted on and we will recommend the right material.
